The location of this unique and original hotel was stunning, on a real down to earth farm. The room was new-fashioned and the personnel was peaceful and excellent. The place had a cosy atmosphere.

The stay here was really good during Easter holidays. Amiable and lovely staff, provided information if needed. Well-appointed and nicely furnished room, it had extremely comfy bed. The breakfast food, especially coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereals was outstanding.

The breakfasts were delicious and lovely with fruit juice and the staff were peaceful, did not rush us.

Truly enjoyed my really lovely stay during Easter holidays. I booked a twin room, it was tastefully decorated and had an electric kettle and central heating. The staff was amicable and very pleasant all the time. This location was amazing and beautiful, so close to lovely farm as well as local restaurants & things to do.

The setting was not great.

Had very lovely stay during Easter holidays and the weather was wonderful. This accommodation was in the secluded location in the guest lounge area. Besides, the hotel was 5 km away from Portmore Golf Club. Loved the way our well-appointed king room with shared bathroom was. The price was £ 87. The staff was helpful, amazing friendly all the time.

Our rooms were well-appointed and beautifully presented with thoughtful touches. The hotel was unique and in a secluded location short walk to a large farm that was very quiet and the nearby lake, where friendly ducks dabble.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming countryside retreat. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, with beautifully furnished rooms featuring antique interiors and modern en-suite bathrooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with stunning views and plenty of opportunities for scenic walks. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which was served piping hot on hot plates. It was truly a delightful experience.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

I enjoyed the dining room and lovely breakfast. The rooms were well heated with a decent wifi signal. I found the hotel's location amazing and good, not far from Barnstaple, the traditional English garden and Hollamoor Farm.

We asked for double room and it was unique and spacious with the open fire. An electric kettle and central heating were all available.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, it was a very peaceful stay during Easter holidays. This accommodation had a secluded setting in the guest lounge area. Besides, Rock Park was 4 km away from the property.

Enjoyed our double room with pretty surroudings on the farm, very COMFORTABLE beds and modern en-suite bathroom. The setting was wonderful, near local restaurants & things to do, and the garden in peace and quiet.

The stuff were affable and very amiable and provided help. The twin room was en suite and modern, with an electric kettle and central heating.

I got complimentary deluxe room with too many chairs as an upgrade, nice gesture. As for me, the location was brilliant and exceptional, close to the farm at leisure.
